I'm a certified Equine Gestaltist ® based in Hillsborough, NC.

Through an intensive two-year certification with Touched by a Horse ®, I learned that true transformation happens when your body releases what it's been holding-- and that horses have an incredible ability to help with this process.

I work with people who are ready to stop coping and start healing.  People who understand their patterns but can't seem to break them.  People who are brave enough to lower their walls and do the uncomfortable work.

When I'm not working with horses and clients, I am a devoted wife and mother creating spaces where authenticity thrives.
